The event featured Legislators, law enforcement officers and family members sharing their stories of loss and addiction alongside photos of the victims. Advocates called on lawmakers to pass vital legislation addressing the fentanyl crisis, including increased access to naloxone and stricter penalties for trafficking. The continued loss of life due to fentanyl emphasizes the urgent need for change in the face of this devastating epidemic.
