Ryan Vasquez is an experienced and versatile community organizer with a strong understanding of all aspects of the organizing process and non-profit management. He has a proven track record of managing and directing successful campaigns and organizing missions on behalf of candidates, communities, labor unions, and non-profits across the United States.

Ryan is deeply committed to advocating for black, brown, and immigrant communities, emphasizing the need for leaders who genuinely understand and represent these underserved communities’ interests. He believes in the importance of leaders being real, ready, and valid. “Real” leaders understand the racial, cultural, and historical contexts necessary to lead Black communities. “Ready” leaders are prepared to listen to their constituencies and fight hard for their concerns. “Valid” leaders are supported by their communities, who use their genuine support and people-power to elect change into office.

Ryan’s mission is to reclaim the validation of issues and leaders in underserved and suffering communities. He is a community organizer and political consultant who brings energy, self-motivation, and a deep understanding of non-profit management to his role on the board of the Fentanyl Free Communities.
